The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and the National Endowment for the Arts hosted a symposium at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts on January 14, 2015. The Journal prepared for the conference included an article by Mayor Ed Lee and San Francisco Arts Commission Director, Tom DeCaigny. Deborah Frieden provided advice and commentary on the article.
