Arkansas Arts Center Chooses Studio Gang

Today, the Selection Committee of the Arkansas Arts Center (AAC) selected Studio Gang to lead the renovation and expansion of the Arts Center, thus concluding the selection process organized and managed by Deborah Frieden. The Selection Committee was made up of City representatives, community members and board members. A technical review panel led by Deborah included the Dean of Architecture from UALR, chief curator for AAC, a local architect and local designer and AAC board member. Shortly, an RFQ for a local architectural firm will be released.

Article for Plan Charlotte N.C. – Deborah Frieden Interviewed as Source

Plan Charlotte is a project of the UNC Charlotte’s Urban Institute, an applied research center at UNC Charlotte with a goal to be a resource for exploring problems and finding solutions to urban issues.
